I had an apartment on the bottom floor and due to a burst pipe my entire apartment flooded. They offered no apologies or compensation of any kind. On top of that they were very uncooperative when I tried to move out and get out of my contract.

Cynthia was phenomenal to work with in getting into a new 1 bedroom apartment! The management (including Phil in maintenance) is great; high quality people. This is a clean, peaceful, respectful place to live. Very pleased with my choice and thankful to be here.

Do not move here, they charged me four times one months rent for completely unknown reasons and stand by it till this day. Completely disgusting behavior from management. Please check their competitors for a cheaper, better, and more ethically ran apartment complex.

Awful place. Not attentive to residents needs and the maintenance is completely inconsiderate for peoples lives and homes. This place is falling apart and its hard to visit my elderly father

So far so good, maintenance was really helpful when I needed my tub unclogged from previous tenants, the whole time I was their it was very quiet and peaceful, I don’t recall seeing any cops in the building, I would take constant walks on the back of the apartments trail which was a plus, had to end my lease sooner than anticipated and the process was easy, management was easy going with paperwork and communication, Taylor was awesome and very professional, maintenance was also very good, my car never got broken into, only inconvenience is that noise was very easily heard from neighbors at times, sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone in the office as they are short staff at the moment, other than that I was very pleased.

Cops get called for domestic disputes at least twice a week. I can hear all of my neighbors arguing and getting it on at all hours of the day and night. Potholes in the parking lot are developing into sinkholes, and the hallways constantly smell like pot, vomit, or both. You can hear gunshots several times a week. Maintenance only does just enough to not get fired, and the only person at the office worth anything is Taylor. Had my truck broken into twice, had people attempt to steal my bike, had someone steal my bicycle seat. Management still refuses to install cameras into the parking lot after several reports of vehicles being broken into. Hobos sleep under the stairs on a regular basis. Washers and dryers are constantly out of order. Oh, and someone let off a smokebomb in the halls a few days ago. I can't wait for my lease to end in a few months.

It seems nice enough if you're only home to sleep and oblivious. One of the leasing office women would stalk the residents, make things up to cause trouble and flooded our apartment when we went out of town along with another resident's as well. We got a call in the middle of our long planned vacation to go home immediately, we got a notice on our door of options to pay for damages or leave within 3 days. So we left. When returning our key we discovered it was all for nothing because the woman who did all of that to us was retiring and told the others in the office NOTHING! She was just trying to get our money! We had the police out to view the apartment and everything, but she had nothing in her reports. Damage was done though, we already packed and the rest of the women in the office said we were good to go. 4 years later we discovered the woman who retired filed a claim we owed them over 1,000 bucks, they have no idea where the claim came from since there's still nothing on their records, but now it's being disputed on ours!! DON'T MOVE HERE!! They screwed us over when we were there, and 4 YEARS later when we thought it was all behind us!
