It seems nice enough if you're only home to sleep and oblivious. One of the leasing office women would stalk the residents, make things up to cause trouble and flooded our apartment when we went out of town along with another resident's as well. We got a call in the middle of our long planned vacation to go home immediately, we got a notice on our door of options to pay for damages or leave within 3 days. So we left. When returning our key we discovered it was all for nothing because the woman who did all of that to us was retiring and told the others in the office NOTHING! She was just trying to get our money! We had the police out to view the apartment and everything, but she had nothing in her reports. Damage was done though, we already packed and the rest of the women in the office said we were good to go. 4 years later we discovered the woman who retired filed a claim we owed them over 1,000 bucks, they have no idea where the claim came from since there's still nothing on their records, but now it's being disputed on ours!! DON'T MOVE HERE!! They screwed us over when we were there, and 4 YEARS later when we thought it was all behind us!
