Airlan arms has a wonderful staff and has accommodated me very well regarding renting my apt. And goes above and beyond to help me, I have been sickly in past month(s) and Jennifer has helped me immensely, even regarding tasks not associated with rent

I unfortunately had to back out of the apartment I wanted due to family issues, however I was very happy with what I saw!! Jennifer and Luis were very patient with all my questions and concerns and addressed each one with a smile! The apartment I was planning on moving into was also clean and well kept! This location will be first on my list when I’m ready to move.

Property manager Jennifer was very kind and patient through the whole process of me touring and applying. She made me feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question and she was very thorough when we were touring. Definitely keep her around! This apartment complex is a lot brighter with her in it!

I just signed my lease with these guys after Luis gave me a tour, I absolutely fell in love with the place and the neighborhood. I've been downright bragging to my friends and family about both the apartment and how kind Luis is- genuinely like Mr. Rogers! I'm so excited to live here and I can't wait to be fully moved in. ❤️

Me and my family lived at Airlan Arms for the past two years and it has been nothing short of amazing! Jennifer has been the most amazing property manager anyone could ever hope for, she has always been professional, caring, is always there to listen to any problems or questions we have had, and will always get it done! Thank you Jen for everything! We will absolutely miss this amazing place we called home!

I've lived at Airlan Arms for almost 2 years and am about to sign my 3rd lease. Since I've been here Jennifer has been managing the property and she is absolutely amazing. I even noticed when she moved to manage another property temporarily because the same attention and care to our property was not provided by the other person who filled her place temporarily. She has always been there to answer any questions I need and treats everyone with the respect they deserve- and most importantly helps us feel safe here in the community. Cannot say enough great things about the residents and management here. It has been a lovely place for me and my babies to call home.
