Property manager Jennifer was very kind and patient through the whole process of me touring and applying. She made me feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question and she was very thorough when we were touring. Definitely keep her around! This apartment complex is a lot brighter with her in it!

I just signed my lease with these guys after Luis gave me a tour, I absolutely fell in love with the place and the neighborhood. I've been downright bragging to my friends and family about both the apartment and how kind Luis is- genuinely like Mr. Rogers! I'm so excited to live here and I can't wait to be fully moved in. ❤️

Jennifer has been the most amazing property manager anyone could ever hope for, she has always been professional, caring, is always there to listen to any problems or questions we have had, and will always get it done! I've lived at Airlan Arms for almost 2 years and am about to sign my 3rd lease. Since I've been here Jennifer has been managing the property and she is absolutely amazing. I even noticed when she moved to manage another property temporarily because the same attention and care to our property was not provided by the other person who filled her place temporarily. She has always been there to answer any questions I need and treats everyone with the respect they deserve- and most importantly helps us feel safe here in the community. Cannot say enough great things about the residents and management here. It has been a lovely place for me and my babies to call home.

Don't live here but stopped here once liked the art on the apt and some one tossed the same sofa I had in my house it was nice to sit and smoke my first bowl of legal weed I'm homeless and came from another state to get on my feet here it's been hard due to not having a SSC card and my id got stolen with a bag of everything I owned by get this another homeless person still working on getting on my feet the help your state provides is way better then my old one did but it just was a taste of heaven and break from the hardtime I haven't sat on a sofa this nice for a really long time it was also good motivation to keep going thanks to whoever tossed this out also y'all's weed is to strong but in a good way

The management and staff are AWESOME! They try to address any problems or needs in a timely fashion. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Cynthia, Aubrey, Jennifer, Ryan,Hannah, and Carla! My service dog, Mia, LOVES visiting the office for some lovin'! BTW, Carla does the work of 2 men!

Cynthia was phenomenal to work with in getting into a new 1 bedroom apartment! The management (including Phil in maintenance) is great; high quality people. This is a clean, peaceful, respectful place to live. Very pleased with my choice and thankful to be here.

So far so good, maintenance was really helpful when I needed my tub unclogged from previous tenants, the whole time I was their it was very quiet and peaceful, I don’t recall seeing any cops in the building, I would take constant walks on the back of the apartments trail which was a plus, had to end my lease sooner than anticipated and the process was easy, management was easy going with paperwork and communication, Taylor was awesome and very professional, maintenance was also very good, my car never got broken into, only inconvenience is that noise was very easily heard from neighbors at times, sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone in the office as they are short staff at the moment, other than that I was very pleased.

The manager is very polite and friendly! Nice and quiet neighborhood and well taken care of. Neighbors are friendly and very courteous! Love it here! Very nice apartments!
