Me and my wife went out looking at apartments the last few days. Everytime we stopped by the sign on the door said closed be back at this time. Everytime we would show up the sign would have a different time on it usually an hour later. Tried calling and left multiple messages. 3 days of stopping by 10+ times and calling and leaving messages. Still havent spoken to anyone except the tenants who said the office is never open. We waited a half hour in front of the office door only to see the guy open the door change the time on the sign and go back inside.

I had an apartment on the bottom floor and due to a burst pipe my entire apartment flooded. They offered no apologies or compensation of any kind. On top of that they were very uncooperative when I tried to move out and get out of my contract.

Cynthia was phenomenal to work with in getting into a new 1 bedroom apartment! The management (including Phil in maintenance) is great; high quality people. This is a clean, peaceful, respectful place to live. Very pleased with my choice and thankful to be here.

Do not move here, they charged me four times one months rent for completely unknown reasons and stand by it till this day. Completely disgusting behavior from management. Please check their competitors for a cheaper, better, and more ethically ran apartment complex.

Awful place. Not attentive to residents needs and the maintenance is completely inconsiderate for peoples lives and homes. This place is falling apart and its hard to visit my elderly father

So far so good, maintenance was really helpful when I needed my tub unclogged from previous tenants, the whole time I was their it was very quiet and peaceful, I don’t recall seeing any cops in the building, I would take constant walks on the back of the apartments trail which was a plus, had to end my lease sooner than anticipated and the process was easy, management was easy going with paperwork and communication, Taylor was awesome and very professional, maintenance was also very good, my car never got broken into, only inconvenience is that noise was very easily heard from neighbors at times, sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone in the office as they are short staff at the moment, other than that I was very pleased.
