Not the greatest of places to live. You can hear neighbors partying until 3 or 4 in the morning. Even after talking with security, letting the front office know, and even confronting the neighbors about the noise, it still continued. You can hear every step taken in apartments above you. The heating system is older so all night it sounds like someone is tapping on metal pipes. Asked maintenance to check the bathroom sink since it wasn't draining properly, worked for about a day or two and went right back to not draining so I just stopped using it. Seems like it's a common theme for neighbors to not have respect for others when it comes to being quiet. Been sleeping in my car to try and get some sort of rest. Also would have had my motorcycle stolen had I not been in an accident and the bike being wrecked, guess they didn't want a project car. I can not wait until my lease is up to move somewhere different, hopefully I can get out early without too much trouble. Renter be warned.

As of 2/12/2024 it has been 60 days since I moved out and Airlan Arms has not attempted to send me my deposit or an itemized list of charges in any capacity. Deposit thieves. To the reply: I GAURENTEE the new management is just as bad if not worse. They can't even get their payment portal working. I absolutely guarantee it will not improve. Absolutely terrible in every possible way. Just avoid. They charge a minimum $100 cleaning fee (good luck getting them to charge that little) while also forcing you to show receipts of professional cleaning. That among, terrible management, atrociously loud neighbors, dirty apartment that stinks like someone needs to close their legs, broken washer/dryer equipment, it just sucks here. There's no redeeming factors. Take your money next door to Shannon Hills its around the same price but way better.

I wouldn't even step foot in this place if you're clean at all. The front desk receptionist is very nice, no offense to her. But once I got to the building, so many of the blinds are brown from smokers. I get there's a smokers' side for the building, but that alone was so disgusting I almost turned and left. The brick on the outside was dingy and gross. There was siding coming off the building. The carpet on the inside had stains. Super gross imo

Phillip is VERY quick and punctual about fixing maintenance problems at hand. He does his best job with ease and is always happy to help! His expertise and determination shows through his work and should be rewarded accordingly. He brings high credibility with his work ethics upon himself and Airlan Arms. Thank you Phillip!
