Don't live here but stopped here once liked the art on the apt and some one tossed the same sofa I had in my house it was nice to sit and smoke my first bowl of legal weed I'm homeless and came from another state to get on my feet here it's been hard due to not having a SSC card and my id got stolen with a bag of everything I owned by get this another homeless person still working on getting on my feet the help your state provides is way better then my old one did but it just was a taste of heaven and break from the hardtime I haven't sat on a sofa this nice for a really long time it was also good motivation to keep going thanks to whoever tossed this out also y'all's weed is to strong but in a good way

Can yall fix your sprinklers please! ððð Some are broken and one shoots out on all of us trying to pull up in the drive to park...it's wasting alot of water too

The management and staff are AWESOME! They try to address any problems or needs in a timely fashion. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Cynthia, Aubrey, Jennifer, Ryan,Hannah, and Carla! My service dog, Mia, LOVES visiting the office for some lovin'! BTW, Carla does the work of 2 men!

The staff at Airlan Arms is awesome! Aubrey and Jennifer have built a great culture, and itâs obvious from the time I spent there, the residents love them and know them as individuals. Really cool vibe, very welcoming environment :)

worst apartment company i've ever had the displeasure of renting from. i don't even know where to start, but how about maintenance? my water was out for 2 FULL WEEKS despite repeated calls to the maintenance staff and all i was told was that they were working on it. i had to buy distilled water to bathe in while i waited on a simple request. even BEYOND that, tenants essentially have free reign to do whatever they want without fear of eviction. my entire 2 years living here, a couple who could be regularly seen smoking "something" out of a glass pipe outside would slam my walls NONSTOP during the night, and nothing was ever done about this. it's VERY clear management only cares about squeezing profits from their tenants and has no regard for their well-being or access to basic human needs. AVOID RENTING HERE AT ALL COSTS!
