Luis and team deserve 10 stars but I have to give 1 for the management company. I submitted so many things to the team for the management screening people to look at. I work for the post office and make plenty of income but they were sticklers on really stupid things and they don't understand what it means to work for the government And their privacy policies. You would think in Colorado Springs with all of the military and government jobs down here that they would be a little bit more lenient and understanding that supervisors aren't going to go out of their way to take a phone call or sign a paper to verify employment when I gave this company. Everything else. Extremely frustrating stay very clear of this company if you work for the government. Again I love the leasing team because they tried and tried to get me approved to no avail. It's almost something I could pursue legally with a housing authority agent but who has the effing time.

This place is absolutely falling apart and needs to be remodeled inside and outside but the owner doesnât even care about the property only the profit that they make and there been a pot hole and faded parking lines for 4 years now, seriously you call that management team? Jennifer doesnât do anything to keep the apartments well maintained at all this place is not a home to call you can hear your neighbors these walls are paper thin and mind you the bathrooms are by the hallways so everyone can hear you shower in your apartment and do your business and they call this place luxury on their website yeah right

Airlan arms has a wonderful staff and has accommodated me very well regarding renting my apt. And goes above and beyond to help me, I have been sickly in past month(s) and Jennifer has helped me immensely, even regarding tasks not associated with rent

I unfortunately had to back out of the apartment I wanted due to family issues, however I was very happy with what I saw!! Jennifer and Luis were very patient with all my questions and concerns and addressed each one with a smile! The apartment I was planning on moving into was also clean and well kept! This location will be first on my list when Iâm ready to move.
