Property manager Jennifer was very kind and patient through the whole process of me touring and applying. She made me feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question and she was very thorough when we were touring. Definitely keep her around! This apartment complex is a lot brighter with her in it!

Management needs to do a better job maintaining this property. There has been a pothole for years that hasnât been fixed, and the exterior cabinets have a hole thatâs been ignored. When we moved in, the cabinets were dirty and sticky falling apart, and was not even mentioned by management, a move in shouldnât have problems already and we were told they wouldnât be replaced or get new cabinets as long as they were âfunctional.â Thatâs unacceptableâcleanliness should be a basic standard. I try to request new cabinets but it was ignored even sending the pictures, they refuse to since there functional I even let the manager know that was ahead of Jennifer and they denied new cabinets due to the estimate, but yet get new cabinets for show when it comes to getting new residents. They even remodel an apartment that we moved out of with new everything, just for show? Why was this not remodeled before we moved in or at least fixed. Jennifer lacks professional skills as stated â we are the only residents clean in the whole apartments.â maybe that comment should be kept to her self. There are also safety issues. The vents come loose often and have sharp edges, which is concerning. The parking lot lines are barely visible, making parking difficult. On top of that, there are concerns about car break-ins, and the overall exterior of the apartments looks like itâs falling apart. Then there is that Verizon people that come to these apartments like itâs a event place to be to rip people off for home internet, they stated itâs $25 per month, and you get a free boom box no it is not $25 per month itâs such a way to mislead people to purchase it so they can get there profit, beware of that. The events they do here at these apartments are so uncomfortable, itâs a place of home not an entertainment area. Overall, management needs to take these issues seriously and improve both maintenance and safety and it would be a great place to live. Additionally, management has not addressed the noise issues coming from the heaters, making it impossible for us to relax at night. I raised this concern with management, and Jennifer mentioned it could be fixed if they obtained an estimate. However, it seems they are unwilling to invest in any repairs, focusing only on things that will visibly attract new tenants to the apartments. Jennifer and management only stated they can resurface the bathtub and countertops, but why was this NOT done before move in if this issues needed to be fixed. This should always be fixed before move in. Iâve notice a lot was wrong prior to already moved in.

I just signed my lease with these guys after Luis gave me a tour, I absolutely fell in love with the place and the neighborhood. I've been downright bragging to my friends and family about both the apartment and how kind Luis is- genuinely like Mr. Rogers! I'm so excited to live here and I can't wait to be fully moved in. â¤ï¸

Me and my family lived at Airlan Arms for the past two years and it has been nothing short of amazing! Jennifer has been the most amazing property manager anyone could ever hope for, she has always been professional, caring, is always there to listen to any problems or questions we have had, and will always get it done! Thank you Jen for everything! We will absolutely miss this amazing place we called home!

I've lived at Airlan Arms for almost 2 years and am about to sign my 3rd lease. Since I've been here Jennifer has been managing the property and she is absolutely amazing. I even noticed when she moved to manage another property temporarily because the same attention and care to our property was not provided by the other person who filled her place temporarily. She has always been there to answer any questions I need and treats everyone with the respect they deserve- and most importantly helps us feel safe here in the community. Cannot say enough great things about the residents and management here. It has been a lovely place for me and my babies to call home.

My mother has been a resident at Airlan Arms for nearly 15 years, and throughout that time weâve been pleased with the community and its amenities. What truly sets Airlan Arms apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the current apartment manager, Jennifer. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported, heard, and comfortable. Jenniferâs professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail have made a meaningful difference in my motherâs living experience, and we are sincerely grateful for Jennifer!

3 stars because I talked to them a few months ago and they told me they didnât have any studios available and my lease was ending in April and they told me that they would call me until they have one available i went on to their website and I see they have 2 studios available and they never got back to me bummerrrr :( but other than that the lady that I was talking to was very nice and helpful I have nothing negative to say about her. Iâll try again next year !!!!
